使用PathToUS即表示你同意以下条款。

1. 仅供练习

本应用是美国入籍面试的练习工具。模拟面试的判分、追问和结果由程序和人工智能生成，可能不准确，不代表 USCIS 的真实决定，也不构成法律或移民建议。本应用与 USCIS、美国国土安全部及美国政府没有关联。考试规则和题库以 uscis.gov 为准，请在真实面试中如实回答所有问题。

2. 免费功能和面试通行证

• 公民考试、英文读写、N-400 资料填写和 PDF 读取免费使用。N-400 问答和完整模拟面试，新用户可免费体验一次。
• 面试通行证包含 100 场 N-400 问答或完整模拟面试，从购买之日起 6 个月内有效，到期后没用完的场数作废。价格以 App Store 显示为准。通行证是一次性购买，不会自动续费；用完或到期可以再买，几张通行证的场数可以叠加，先用最早到期的那张。
• 开始一场面试算一场；刚开始就退出重来不重复计算。一场面试里的 AI 判断次数有合理上限，正常练习碰不到。
• 付款由 Apple 处理，退款请按 Apple 的政策通过 Apple 申请；退款后通行证会被取消。
• 换手机、重装应用或删除数据后，可以用购买时的 Apple ID 在应用里“恢复购买”。同一笔购买最多可以恢复到 5 个应用账号，这些账号共用这笔购买的场数。

3. 社区规则

使用社区即表示你同意以下规则。我们对不良内容和骚扰行为零容忍：

• 友善交流，不辱骂、不攻击、不歧视、不骚扰；
• 不发广告、不引流（加微信、代办收费等）；
• 不发色情、暴力、违法内容，不教人造假或向 USCIS 隐瞒信息；
• 不发任何人的 A 号、社安号、住址、电话、邮箱等个人信息；
• 社区内容是用户的经验分享，不是法律意见，我们不对其准确性负责。

你可以举报违规内容、屏蔽骚扰你的用户。我们会在 24 小时内处理举报，删除违规内容，并可能禁止违规用户发言。

4. 合理使用

请勿滥用、干扰或试图绕过本应用的服务和计费机制。我们可能对异常使用采取限制措施。

5. 免责声明

本应用按“现状”提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用本应用或依赖其内容造成的任何直接或间接损失负责，包括入籍申请的结果。

6. 条款更新和联系

Practice only. Scores, follow-up questions and results are generated by software and AI, may be inaccurate, and do not represent any decision by USCIS. Nothing in the App is legal or immigration advice. The App is not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security or the U.S. government. Always answer truthfully in a real interview.

Free features and the Interview Pass. Civics, English reading and writing, N-400 entry and PDF import are free. New users get one free N-400 practice or full mock interview. The Interview Pass is a one-time purchase that does not renew automatically, at the price shown in the App Store. Each pass includes 100 N-400 practice or full mock interview sessions, valid for 6 months from purchase; unused sessions expire. You can buy another pass at any time; sessions from several passes add up, and the pass that expires first is used first. Starting an interview uses one session; quitting right after starting and starting again does not use another. Each session has a reasonable limit on AI checks that normal practice does not reach. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; a refunded pass is revoked. You can restore a pass with the same Apple ID on up to 5 App accounts, which share that pass's sessions.

Community rules. By using the Community you agree to these rules. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: be respectful and do not insult, harass or discriminate; no ads or self-promotion; no sexual, violent or illegal content, and never advise anyone to lie to or hide information from USCIS; never post anyone's A-Number, Social Security number, address, phone number, email or other personal information. Community posts are personal experiences, not legal advice. You can report content and block users. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the rules and may ban users who break them.

Acceptable use. Do not abuse, disrupt or circumvent the service or its billing.

Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the App, including naturalization outcomes.
